CONFIRMATION
All reservations requested must be confirmed by telefax or e-mail. Upon confirmation of tour, a deposit of 20% of Tour Price per person must be paid. Balance of payment must be made 2 weeks before arrival.
AMENDMENT/CANCELLATION
All Amendments/Cancellations must be received and acknowledged in writing. Hotels, Carriers, Restaurants, Contractors or any other companies relating to the services provided, will charge cancellation fees depending on the circumstances. Should such charges be levied, they will be billed to you through INSAR TOURS & TRAVEL SDN BHD.
If it is necessary to cancel your bookings, our cancellation charges are:
1. Between 14 to 07 days before arrival, 40% of total price.
2. 6 days or less before arrival, 50% of total price
3. No show - A 100% charge will be levied and payable to Servicing Agent.
4. For Service NOT UTILISED there will be NO REFUND made for any part of services, tour hire, meals etc once the trip has departed from their place of origin.
INSURANCE
Every person participating in any tour holiday organized by the company shall be regarded in every respect as carrying in his/her own risk with respect to loss or injury to person or property. The company does not accept responsibility for losses or expenses due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or other travellers. The company reserves the right to change routes, timetable, itineraries and accommodation if necessary or in the case of force majeure. Although all vehicles owned by the company are fully insured, tour members / tourists are requested to insure for cancellations, health, accidents, medicals and baggages before the tour.
LIABILITY
The company acts as agent for travel agents, airlines, hotels, restaurants, transport carriers and all other contractors and as such, accept no responsibility for any act, omission, error or any irregularity, delay, loss, damage, injury, theft, accident, change of schedules or government regulations, strikes, civil commotions etc over which it has no control. The company reserves the right, without penalty, to alter itineraries, with or without notice, if it finds to be in the best interests of all concerned. If a tour has to be cancelled prior to the date of departure due to circumstances beyond its control, the company will refund all payments to the clients. |
